Sideboard in Dark Mango Wood with Brass Legs

Sideboard in Dark Mango Wood with Brass Legs

A sideboard has two jobs: it must hold a lot, and it must look good doing it. The Priti 3 door sideboard handles both. Its low, wide shape suits a dining wall or living area, and the curved details on the doors turn the front into a quiet piece of art.

The sideboard is crafted from mango wood in a rich, dark tone. The grain flows across the doors and top in warm, deep patterns, and since mango wood varies naturally, each piece is a little different. The raised, curved shapes on the door fronts are laid out in an asymmetric pattern, so the design feels fresh and handcrafted rather than repeated.

Behind the three doors, internal shelves give you space for dinnerware, serving dishes, glasses, table linen and other items you do not want on show. With everything stored away, the top stays free for a lamp, a vase, a tray or a few books, and the room feels calm and organised.

The legs are made from brass in a contemporary block shape, and they give the dark wood a bright, polished contrast. They lift the sideboard slightly off the floor, which makes the unit look lighter and makes it easy to clean underneath. The brass pairs well with lamps, mirror frames and door hardware.

At 147 cm wide, 45 cm deep and 75 cm high, it fits well along a dining room wall, behind a sofa or in a wide hallway. To keep it in good condition, wipe with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Keep it away from standing moisture and direct heat, and wipe the brass legs gently.
